At EVE: Virtual AI Girlfriend, our goal is to provide you with high-quality, comprehensive solution. Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when it comes to subscription cancellations and refunds.
Subscription Cancellation1.1 We offer an introductory period for our services to allow you to experience their benefits firsthand.
If you request a cancellation of an introductory offer through the designated channels before the end of your introductory period but are still charged for membership, please contact us and if we can verify timely receipt of your cancellation request we will refund you.
1.2 If you choose to continue with your membership after the introductory period ends, you are agreeing to ongoing, recurring billing as outlined in our subscription disclosure (see bellow).
Recurring Billing Disclosure2.1 By subscribing to EVE services, you agree to automatic recurring billing based on your chosen membership plan. Recurring billing means that your payment method will be automatically charged at the specified intervals until you choose to cancel your membership.
2.2 You can cancel your membership at any time to prevent future charges. To cancel, please follow the cancellation instructions provided in your welcome email, and account settings or contact our customer support team (support@tequilab.com).
2.3 Membership fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has commenced. However, if you cancel your subscription before the start of the next billing cycle, you will not be charged for that cycle.
No Refund Conditions3.1 Membership Acceptance: Once a customer agrees to and activates a membership, there will be no refunds for the membership fee paid, except as stated in point 2 below.
3.2 Introductory Period Cancellation: If a customer cancels their subscription during the introductory period before it ends, they will not have their membership renewed, and a refund will not be necessary. However, once the introductory period concludes and the customer continues with the membership, the membership becomes non-refundable.
3.3 Recurring Billing: Membership fees are billed in advance of each billing cycle. If a customer chooses to cancel their membership after a billing cycle has commenced, no refund will be issued for that cycle, and they will continue to have access to the service until the end of the billing period.
3.4 Voluntary Cancellation: Customers have the option to cancel their membership at any time to prevent future charges. Refunds will not be provided for partial billing cycles or for any unused portion of the membership period.
3.5 Technical errors occurring within 30 days of the purchase date, we may consider refund requests on a case-be-case basis. These requests are subject to review and approval by the EVE app´s customer support team.
To determine your eligibility for a refund, please provide us with with the following information:
- Device model, operating system, and version
- Steps taken when the issue occurs
- A screen recording or screenshot illustrating the issue
3.6 In-App Subscriptions. There are no refunds in relation to In-App Subscriptions (App Store, Google Play), so if you have In-App Subscriptions, then you will need to contact the relevant App Store in relation to any request for a refund.
3.7 Notification: It is the responsibility of the customer to manage their subscription and initiate the cancellation process if they no longer wish to continue the service. EVE will not be responsible for any charger incurred due to a customer's failure to cancel their subscription.
3.8 Non-Refundable Add-Ons and Non-Subscription Programs and Products: Add-ons and non-subscription programs and products are non-refundable. Once purchased, these items cannot be returned to refunded under any circumstances.
Introductory period: Refund Conditions 4.1 If you purchased our service directly on our website and the money-back option was presented to you during the checkout, your are eligible to receive a refund if you did not get results with our service, provided that all of the following conditions are met:
- you contact us within 30 days after your initial purchase and before the end of your introductory period; and
- you have followed our service at least during 4 consecutive days within the first 30 days after the purchase; and
- you are able to demonstrate that you have followed the service pursuant to the requirements stated below.
We will review your application and notify you (by email or otherwise) whether your application is approved.
How to demonstrate that you have followed the service:
In order to demonstrate that you have followed the service, you shall provide the screenshots from the App proving that you have had at least 3 days of conversation with a virtual AI-girlfriend.
5. Contact Support: If a customer has any concerns or questions regarding their subscription or potential refund eligibility, they should contact EVE app´s customer support team for assistance through our email.
This refund policy is a part of our Terms of Use. Please read these documents as they govern the relationship between you and us and contain legally binding obligations for both parties.
